Everyday shipping is normally 1-2 business days but currently takes 1-5 business days due to COVID-19 delays.
Holiday Shipping can take much longer due to the increased volume of orders received. Please allow for this when ordering.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
Delivery time will depend on destination and shipping method selected.
Please note that selecting priority shipping does not mean that your order will be filled any faster. It only means that the time it takes from the time it is shipped to the time you receive it is expedited. Priority shipping usually takes 1-3 business days in transit.
SALES SHIPPING TIMES:
Due to increased volume of orders during promotional sales, extended shipping times are applicable. Please always check the front page of our website for a more accurate shipping timeframe. We work on shipping your orders out as quickly as humanly possible.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Costs will vary depending on weight of package and which zone your shipping address is located in. We do not profit from shipping. In fact, a lot of the shipping costs are paid by us. Our costs are dictated by the shipping carrier. Free shipping is offered on all orders over $80 within the contiguous United States. (Excluding Wholesale orders)
We currently ship retail orders via USPS.
Packages shipped to Guam or APO/FPO addresses may inquire additional costs that are not calculated by the shopping cart. In that case we will contact you with additional postage charges. Packages shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska may incur additional shipping fees.
LOST, REROUTED OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Sprouted Curlies will not be responsible for lost, rerouted or stolen packages therefore no refunds will be issued. Please ensure that the ship to address is correct. Mistakes can happen so it's very important to provide us with the correct address. We're not liable for packages sent to the wrong address because of an error on your part. No refunds will be issued if such a situation occurs.
If your package is lost, please contact the USPS. You can file a claim for the lost package there. Please have the tracking information on hand when calling. We will assist you in the process but please note that dealing directly with the USPS is a better option as we only have the same information available to you. Please contact us within 2 business days of the delivery date with packages that are lost/missing for assistance. There is a time limit on tracking of packages.
Please make sure that you have a safe place for your packages to be delivered to. You can have it delivered to a friend or relative's house who may be at home. We are not responsible if someone steals a package that was delivered to your door.
Packages that are returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer will not be re-shipped unless the customer pays for shipping. If you desire a refund instead, we will refund you minus the actual shipping fees charged by the shipping company. Please note, if you benefited from our free shipping when you placed your order, the shipping fees will be deducted from your order subtotal. There is also a $5 restocking fee on returned packages.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This information can also be found if you visit your account. You can track it directly from your account or you can visit the USPS website and enter your tracking information.
Please be aware that USPS tracking information is not always accurate.
We regret that we do not ship internationally.
Shipping fees are calculated via real time shipping by weight and zone.
We currently ship orders via USPS, UPS and FEDEX. We determine which is the most economical option at the time of shipment unless otherwise specified by the customer.
